Users and accounts
The service is intended for professional businesses. Account creators declare that they act for the named business, provide accurate information, safeguard their credentials and manage authorised access. Use of the service must comply with the law and clients' rights.
Trial and plans
The free trial lasts 30 days from registration and does not require a card. It does not automatically become a subscription. After the trial, access is suspended without an active plan; users may choose not to purchase and close access. Prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes and Light, Pro and Enterprise features must be shown before confirming a purchase. Payments and renewals, when enabled, are handled by the provider identified at checkout.
Data and responsibilities
The business remains responsible for the data it enters, its notices to clients and staff, the legal bases for reminders and communications, and its instructions to the provider for processing that data. Do not enter unnecessary data. Processing on behalf of the business requires a written agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
Term and closure
Customers can manage or cancel subscriptions through the payment portal when active. Export, deletion, service continuity, support and liability limits must be defined in the final contract before sale. Closing access does not immediately delete data.
